Through a partnership with Black Hills Energy, NeighborWorks of Pueblo is Administering an
income-based energy assistance program offering the installation of window mount HIGH EFFICIENCY evaporative coolers. The coolers and installation are provided at no cost for qualifying Black Hills Energy customers that own their homes and renters that qualify with landlord approval. There are 410 of these coolers available for installation in 2016. However, once these coolers are gone- They're GONE! So apply as soon as possible.

In addition to the application you will need to provide a copy of your most recent Black Hills Energy Bill and proof of income for all people living in the home.
