Through a partnership with Black Hills Energy, NeighborWorks of Pueblo is Administering an
income-based energy assistance program offering the installation of window mount HIGH EFFICIENCY evaporative coolers. The coolers and installation are provided at no cost for qualifying Black Hills Energy customers that own their homes and at reduced pricing to renters that qualify with landlord funding. There are 350 of these coolers available for installation in 2013. However, once these coolers are gone- They're GONE! So apply as soon as possible.
